At our waterfront venue in Essex, MD, we provide everything you need to create a stress-free, unforgettable wedding on the Chesapeake Bay.

From breathtaking views to hands-on support, our team is here to help make your celebration uniquely yours.

What’s Included:

• Exclusive access – Only one wedding per day or weekend.

  • Single Day Wedding: 12 hour rental​

  • Signature Wedding Weekend: 22 hour rental

  • Micro Wedding: 6 hour rental 

• Private waterfront venue & grounds – Full access for you and your guests, with stunning Chesapeake Bay views that make the perfect backdrop for your big day.

• Custom catering packages – We’ve partnered with trusted local catering companies to fit a range of budgets and styles. Want to bring your own licensed and insured caterer? You can do that for a small fee.

• Liquor license & bar packages – We provide everything you need for a smooth bar service—bartenders included.

• On-site management team – While a member of our events staff will be present on-site, please note that we do not provide full day-of coordination services. Our team is there for venue support: maintaining the property, assisting with setup (like placing simple centerpieces), answering vendor questions, and helping with ceremony flow. You're welcome to assign a personal coordinator or hire a pro if you’re looking for someone to manage the full event timeline or troubleshoot details throughout the day.

• Ceremony coordination & assistance – We’ll help cue your wedding party for the processional and make sure your ceremony setup runs smoothly. (Full day timeline management and reception coordination aren’t included—but again, we can add extra support if needed for an additional fee).

• Setup & tear-down – We handle the venue-related logistics so you can enjoy your day. This includes setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, placing table centerpieces, and helping with linens if you’re using our linen package. If you’re bringing in outside linens or have more detailed decor needs, we’re happy to add team members to assist for an additional fee.

• Outdoor seating for up to 120 guests – With waterfront views that make every photo look like a postcard. Need more seating? We’ll connect you with our partnered, local rental companies.

• Indoor seating for up to 76 guests – Perfect for a cozy rain plan or intimate celebration.

• DJ platform – Set and ready for music, speeches, or even that surprise karaoke moment.

• Prime location – We’re just a short drive from White Marsh, Baltimore, and DC—easy for guests, scenic for photos.

• Client Hub – Your personalized online space to keep things organized.

• Curated vendor list – A hand-picked list of vendors we know and trust. From florals to dog sitters, we’ve got you covered.
