Exclusive Access
Only one wedding per day or weekend—always. No overlapping events or shared spaces.

• Single-Day Wedding: 12-hour rental (11 AM – 11 PM)

• Signature Wedding Weekend: 22+ hour rental across three days

• Micro Wedding: 6-hour rental

Private Waterfront Property
Full access to the venue and outdoor grounds, with postcard-worthy Chesapeake Bay views as your backdrop.

Bar Packages + Liquor License
We handle bar service in-house, including bartenders, setup, and cleanup—so no need to worry about BYO rules or coverage.

Custom Catering Options
We partner with local caterers who offer a range of styles, service levels, and budgets. You're welcome to choose from our curated list or bring your own licensed caterer.

On-Site Venue Support
Our team is here during your event to:
