Exclusive Use of the Property

Only one event per day or weekend — always. No overlapping events or shared spaces.

• Single-Day Wedding: 12-hour rental (11 AM – 11 PM)

• Signature Wedding Weekend: 22+ hour rental across three days

• Micro Wedding: 6-hour rental

• Elopement Ceremony: 1.2 hour

• Celebration/Party: 5 hour rental

Full access to our waterfront grounds, indoor and outdoor spaces, with sweeping Chesapeake Bay views as your backdrop.

Tables & Chairs Included

A full inventory of tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception is included, with setup and breakdown handled by our team.

• Linen assistance when using our linen package
