Island View Waterfront Event Team
We’re building a small, reliable, on-call team for weddings and private events at our waterfront venue.
If you’re calm under pressure, hospitality-minded, and enjoy helping create polished, relaxed events, we want to hear from you.
Our events take place year-round, typically Friday through Sunday, with some weekday events. Every team member matters — your role directly impacts the guest experience and the success of each event.
We take our events seriously, and we expect our team to do the same — with professionalism, kindness, and a guest-first attitude.

Event Representative
Who You Are:

Highly motivated, reliable, team-oriented

Dependable and professional with a service-minded attitude

Self-starter who can follow SOPs, think critically, and work independently

Strong logistics skills and attention to detail

Understands the dedication required on event days — call-offs only for true emergencies
Responsibilities:
-
Lead onsite during events
-
Support guests and vendors professionally
-
Tend bar if needed and enforce alcohol service policies
-
Oversee setup, coordination, and tear-down
Requirements & Details:
-
Past experience in event management or hospitality is a plus, but not required
-
Must be on your feet most of the day; work 4–10+ hours
-
Physical stamina and ability to lift at least 30 lbs

Weekend and occasional weekday availability

Wedding & Event Bartender
Who You Are:

Setup and breakdown bar

Serve alcohol responsibly and professionally

Maintain a welcoming bar environment

Support Event Rep and team with setup, coordination, and tear-down
Requirements & Details:

Hospitality or bartending experience is a plus, but not required

On your feet most of the day; work 4–10+ hours

Physical stamina and ability to lift at least 30 lbs
