Linens

We are excited to have partnered with a third-party linen vendor at Island View Waterfront to offer linens

through our optional linen package.

There are a few important things we want to ensure that you keep in mind before making your color selection:

 

• Colors selection can be viewed here: https://www.letsdolinens.com/polyester-solids

• Linens and napkins are available in a variety of colors. Not all linens and napkins are available in all colors. 

  • Please check with us to confirm availability. 

• Linens color choices MUST be made 4 weeks before your date If you add tables later than that deadline due to an increase in headcount, we may or may not be able to secure additional linens, so please DO consider that deadline to be FINAL. 

• Table linen setup will be completed by Island View Waterfront staff. Specialized napkins display will be setup by your decorator.

• The linen rental fee is priced by individual linen: Island View customizes linen packages to fit your needs and budget. All guest tables should be included. 

• Availability of colored linen options are subject to change. Because we outsource, we ARE reliant on another vendor. 

• We do not have a backup set of linens. Because we allow couples to customize, we do not include linens in our inventory. So please plan accordingly, we would never want to disappoint you! 

 

Island View will guide you to the amount and size of linens you will need. Plus we will order, set up, and return them for you!
