Special event liability insurance is required of all renters and is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your event.

The insurance required hereunder shall have a single limit liability coverage of 1,000,000.00 Island View Inn, Inc. shall be named as an additional insured of said policy.

If alcohol is served at your event, your policy must include Liquor Liability coverage. This coverage should protect you, Island View Waterfront Events, and Island View Inn, Inc. against alcohol related accidents, as you are ultimately liable for the safety of your guests.

The Final Details Questionnaire helps us make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day!

It’s due no later than 14 days before your event and covers things like your event timeline, vendor info, and any special requests.
